May parents visit the center?

A Parent Wishing to Visit Their Child at School: Kids Clubhouse have an open door policy and welcomes all parents to visit unannounced and observe and participate in the activities their child is undertaking. If either parent comes to the school to spend some time with his/her child on a day in which he/she doesn’t have court-approved parenting time, we will allow the parent to have a short visit with the child, as long as it does not disrupt the classroom or the child’s ability to participate in our program. The Campus Director will use his/her discretion as to the length and frequency of the visit. The parent will not be allowed to take the child off school property on a day in which he/ she do not have approved parenting time. The same process will be followed for all school events occurring during or after school hours. This includes parent-teacher conferences, holiday celebrations, festivals, etc. We believe it’s important for both parents to attend their child’s school functions and fully support each parent’s right to do so. If there are court orders that specifically restrict a parent’s right to come to school or see their child at times other than those approved by the court, then those orders will prevail.
